Outside of work, Ella channels her energy into running with the goal of breaking 1:25 in the half marathon, practicing pilates, going on long podcast walks (favorites include Acquired, Odd Lots, and Greenlight with Chris Long), and indulging her beach bum tendencies by sitting by the ocean with a great book.
